Originally formed in 1995 as a trio with Bob on Vocals and Bass, Tugboat recently reunited after Rod and Bryan reconvened in 2021. Shortly thereafter, Bob was back onboard and Roger (not featured on “In the Blink of an Eye”) was later added to take up bass responsibilities.
